Warranty Policy
3Boards Co. Warranty
This warranty program applies only to our 3BoardsCo. wakesurf board line; clothing and accessories are excluded.
3BoardsCo. boards are built to very high standards using high quality materials and build techniques. As time goes on from the initial purchase and due to normal use, which includes extreme sport use, no warranty will apply for normal wear and tear.
All of our boards are closely inspected before leaving our Pro Shop to ensure workmanship is at its highest level; with that, we want you to understand that no one is perfect. In the event we’ve missed something we will replace any defective board due to errors in the manufacturing process for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase; proof of purchase required. No other warranty is expressed or implied.
Warranty Exclusions not limited to
- Breakage, dings, cracks or edge chipping from normal wear and/or abuse.
- Damage from excessive exposure to the sun and/or heat.
- Breakage from improper installation of accessories.
- Breakage from high impact use or improper user sizing.
- Damage from board racks, or other hard objects.
- Bottom wear from normal friction wear.
3BoardsCo. Repair Service
If you find that repairs are needed to your board due to normal everyday use or damage not covered under our warranty policy please contact us at info@lakesidewakeandsurf.com. Please include a detailed description of the repair service required and photos of the damage. We will review the request and return contact to discuss options and pricing. Please note that we will do our best but not all damages are repairable.
To Activate a Warranty/Repair Service:
- E-mail: info@lakesidewakeandsurf.com to request a Return Authorization Number, along with a detailed description and photo of the problem.
- Securely box the board with adequate protection for shipping, include Name, Phone number, E-mail and Return Address.
- Ship freight pre-paid to: Lakeside Wake and Surf, LLC, 12712 W. Lake Houston Pkwy, Suite B, Houston, TX 77044.
- Once received, we will conduct an inspection and notify you with the results.
- If payment is required for repairs we will contact you, or if the board is beyond repair we will can dispose of it, or ship it back to you at cost.
